Uncheck "Check for updates on startup" dont work. #82

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Uncheck "Check for updates on startup".
2.Apply, close DIC.
3.Open DIC.
4."Check for updates on startup" still checked.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7, XE7, 0.5.1.2
