Adding skin compatibility check to inform users, if skin is incompatible or not 
supporting latest features.

Works great here - if major or minor version is less than current skin version, 
My Films displays a warning on first open after loading MediaPortal.

In future, breaking skin changes = major skin version change, should display a 
message and My Films should not load. However, there needs to be a 'grace' 
period for skins to implement the skin version check.  So I don't think this 
issue can be fully verified until then? Probably My Films 5.3 or whenever there 
are required skin changes.

I think it is ok to introduce skin version check with next public release 
(without hard check) and test this feature once we do such skinchanges.
Major and minor version mismatched should show different messages already 
(error vs. warning).

Docs added to Skin Changes wiki page, however should the skininterfaceversion 
tags be added to skin properties?

As discussed, I added Skin Version Check info to the main Skinning MF wiki 
page, not to skin properties (as they are not skin properties exposed to the 
GUI)
