Allow setting expert mode as default in the grabber configuration window

From where are you opening it?
iirc, it is in expert mode, when started directly. When started from setup via 
button and script it starts in "nonexpert mode".
Buttons are in AMCupdater and MF setup.
I could add another command line parameter to it - that would have to be set in 
the calling app (and has to be saved there) - that's why I am asking.
