Change 'Txp Resources' link to 'Textpattern Resources' #307

The default article (ID 1) refers to 'Textpattern Resources' and links to 
textpattern.org, a new install creates this link as ID 3 and calls it 'Txp 
Resources'. Aside from the fact the destination site is called 'Textpattern 
Resources', there could be confusion with a new Textpattern user seeing a 
Textpattern tag reference in the article and assuming 'Txp Resources' refers to 
tags.

Proposal: change the link name in txpsql.php. Original, revised and diff files 
attached.
