Translation strings are cut off #387

Some translation strings are longer than the allowed 255 character (or byte in 
some cases) limit set by the TINYTEXT type field.

Todo;

* Change txp_lang.data column to TEXT in update file.
* Change the value in initial setup script too, to prevent insert error in 
MySQL strict mode.
