jQuery symlink in multi-site is incorrect, txp_img symlink can be removed

The directory reorganisation moved `jquery.js`, so the symlink in the 
`sites/site1/admin` directory should be updated. Also, for reasons unknown, my 
svn diff didn't pick up on my deletion of the `sites/site1/admin/txp_img` 
symlink. The target was removed in r5809 so the symlink is invalid.

Patch attached for the jquery.js fix, the latter will need to be done manually.
