feat: update viem and wagmi packages and logic

What is done:

1. Update viem and wagmi to latest versions.
2. Update ui-helpers and web3-utils libs.
3. Update viem clients logic.
4. Fix delegation by one type and asset.
5. Fix transactions tracking.
6. Some styles fix.
