the pipeline repo has an autocuration script that produces a FASTA ref library
the resulting FASTA file is posted on zenodo
the file is also a public data set on Naturalis's Galaxy
it is formatted such that it can be used in taxonomy-aware BLAST
example workflow using ref library that matches observed and expected lineages

Outstanding questions:

use galaxy or use snakemake?
if galaxy, how to make permanent library?
how to include output in report?
