• the pipeline repo has an autocuration script that produces a FASTA ref library
• the resulting FASTA file is posted on zenodo
• the file is also a public data set on Naturalis's Galaxy
• it is formatted such that it can be used in taxonomy-aware BLAST
• example workflow using ref library that matches observed and expected lineages

• if galaxy, how to make permanent library?
