File and folder organization #1

I always find it a little easier to track where everything is if we've got a separate folder just for the JAGS scripts. This should pretty much just influence the data simulation folder.

Anyways, in the PR I'm making I'm going to create a JAGS folder and put the dynamic model in there. When you get a chance you should put the other JAGS scripts in there (and make sure any calls to those files have the appropriate directory path).

I reorganized the file structure and moved all JAGS models to a central location.
