I have just renamed the files to remove "draft" but what other changes are needed?

Thank you. We're curious whether the document is up-to-date or not. Part of the reason was the inclusion of the word draft, and it was not updated even after we got approval for the WG from the community.

If the chairs say it's up to date, we're done!
