Update slideRename for other *Nix systems. #8

slideRename now only works on OS X as it uses 'Preview.app'. It is possible to use the 'display' function from ImageMagick, but this is not yet implemented. It would be nice if the script searches for image preview apps in hierarchy.

fixed. Using display from imagemagick. Focus is lost from the terminal to the display window.
