Add support for Unique IDs
- Create mechanism for a unique Device ID
- Create mechanism for a unique Hardware ID
- Create mechanism for a unique Software ID
- This should align with whatever software ID is generated in the SAT tools

Note that this isn't required for the demo -- we can simply hard code this into a live BSP
