SD-Bootloader does not boot on i.MX 6SX EVK #15

The bootloader build with current meta-essa for SDCard boot medium does not boot. This needs to be fixed.

Here are the combinations that we've tested with the unified-essa binaries, here the hardknott rows are added as reference.

Moved priority after UEI 1.1.0 release (as it does not affect UEI board) based on today's status call.
