Support calendar at different levels #178

Manage calendar for booking at:

resource level
category level
space level

On booking first defined is used, with according prices etc...

Manage maintenance at any level (if space in maintenance, then resources are in maintenance)

Manage closed timeframes (could be several days, or just one hour), at any level (if space closed, then resource is closed), prevent bookings when closed.

Should support different night hours according to days

Night hours and weekend support should be optional (else considered as closed)
