[pfm2][display] Some elements are hidden by menu bars #397

for example in {host}/coremainmenus (pfm2 branch):

addmenu_wont_display

"New menu" button won't display (but still exists, hidden behind the white menu bar).

In maintenance_21 branch, all is ok:

addmenu_displays

css issue but I do not see what changed

In pfm2 branch i moved layout cc to dir externals, instead of data. But this is a copy and fime has not been modified

Only difference could be a cache of the css file

I don't have the issue but may depend on window size, number of menus etc...

issue was coming from a .css file in externals/core/theme not loaded in container
