Nacho, if I understand this correctly you have a driver that works including
guiding. If so, Brilliant!. if you wish I would be happy to test it here too.

Hi Brian,
Yes, I comfirm you that my modified PHD is capable of guiding using my QHY5
INDI connected and 'on-camera' mount. If you want to test feel free to contact
me at ignacio.mas at gmail.com
In the meantime I realize that standard PHD also works without any
modifications. You have to select in the INDI menu your camera as telescope and
then choose INDI telescope in the mount menu instead of on-camera.
Cheers
Nacho

Hi Nacho,
I'm the co-owner of the following project
http://code.google.com/p/eq-polar-alignment/
Just done a search on Google for Open PHD and guiding and found your post here,
you're saying that you've successfully auto-guided using Open PHD + QHY5 ?
Are you able to share your modified code please?
Would it work with http://www.qhyccd.com/QHY_IMG.html ?
I'd love to get a Raspberry PI + open PHD running... :-)
Regards
Stephane

Hi Stephane,
I am not sure that my code is what you need. I mean, my code only fix on-camera
guide option for INDI cameras in PHD. Indeed this fix is not needed because you
can obtain the same result choosing your INDI camera as your "telescope"
instead of on-camera option.
The QHY5 driver itself is provided by INDILIB project
http://indilib.org/index.php?title=QHY. I suppose IMG cameras works also with
this driver but to be truly I don't know. I hope this help you.
Great idea the polar alignment project!
Cheers

Hi Nacho,
Thanks for replying, I use PHD on XP and it works well, but I have no clue yet
on this INDI stuff :(
Will do more reading.

Stephane

Given all the changes for phd2, I'm marking all PHD1 unowned bugs as "WontFix".
If somebody objects, I can undo it.
