Startup

fully charge battery & set that current & voltage (power) into battery as baseline
fully charge the battery

Low-Power Mode

ESP32 on low-power
turn all sensors off via MOSFET switches (HIGH/LOW signals to gate of MOSFETs)
look into remotely triggering low-power mode on Pi/ESP32 (?)
