Version 1.10 reporting as 1.9 after compilation

Hi all, I discovered a cosmetic issue. After a fresh build of 1.10 on Debian binary shows 1.9.

After build:

# /bin/bgpq4 -v
bgpq4 - a versatile utility to generate BGP filters
version: 1.9
