Add released version as a tag for the released docker image #80

Hi all, currently container images are tagged with commits, it is a good practice to have tags matching the released version of the package. This will make it easier or consumers to pin stable releases in their labs/infras.

PS. It is a bit sad to see goreleaser decommissioned as it is very powerful and low-maintenance release swiss knife
