Update ASPA-SLURM to -01 #98

Some suggestions were made:

afi renamed to afiLimit
afiLimit is optional
customer_asid renamed to customerAsid
provider_set renamed to providerSet

Aspa Assertions are not filters, so the expectation is a merge of the original supplemented with the additional Provider ASN(s) in the assertion.
