Add pulseaudio to the allowed drivers list in pyFluidSynth #98

I got this via e-mail:

I'm trying to use pyFluidSynth (via mingus) on Ubuntu and found that it
doesn't work because I can't set the driver to pulseaudio, adding the
'pulseaudio' string to the allowed drivers list fixes this problem and
allows people to do playback via mingus/fluidsynth on the latest versions
of Ubuntu.
