change resources from LRS to RES #157

Lazarus has stopped showing icons from LRS resources on the component palette

I wonder if that's a change in Lazarus not to support LRS resources anymore?

In the past, RES resources were not easy to handle on all platforms but I suppose now it has replaced LRS format.
