make license explicit / visible #30

package.json mentions it is under the ISC License. Is that true for the whole project?

Adding a LICENSE.md file to the project seems to be the usual way on GitHub to make this info easy to find.

I just noticed that the about text mentions "LICENSE: Te be determined." I guess the question is if you want to copyleft your work or not. There are several license comparison sites available. Maybe this helps: http://choosealicense.com/licenses/
