Change name to "Sublime Gists" #38

Name is confusing.

My goal was to have a plugin that had a number of GitHub-related functions; gists were just the start. In fact, the plugin has a couple non-gist functions, like opening the GitHub page for the current file. Maybe instead of changing the name, I should start adding some more non-gist functionality.
