Default tags for new tasks #159

This PR implements the possibility to set default tags which are automatically set for all newly created tasks.

I implemented it for a workflow requiring an inbox tag for all new tasks.

Thanks for your contribution! The code and the feature looks good so I've merged it.

This will be released as part of Foreground 1.6, which still has a few maintenance tasks left to go but should be out in the next few weeks.
