Debugging for Ram Directory on NEC #23

As seen in issue #21, on the NEC PC-8201A the previous version of RNDACC properly listed the filenames, but then printed gibberish for the word "REBUS". Let's debug that by using this new version of RNDACC.DO.

Ugh, I seem to have created rebase conflicts. Let me try that again.
