Improvements on Email Notifications when Accounts are created in Frontend. #111

Reproduced in demo.dotcms.com site. Reported by client: https://my.dotcms.com/tickets/detail.dot?id=7b10ef23-9052-4dc9-a255-8323c0b1ccf1

Steps:

  1. Go to http://demo.dotcms.com/application/login/login.html and click on "Create Account".
  2. Fill out the form and click on "Next Step".
  3. Check the inbox of the Email Address you used for creating this account. You should get two emails:

Email 1:

Issues reported here:

  1. We should allow users to send a customized email to newly created accounts.
  2. We no longer have a Yahoo Groups, so subscribing/unsubscribing to it is not working (as shown in Email 2).
  3. We should also allow new users to check/uncheck any potential subscription to either our Newsletters or other Community Groups.
