Opening Push Detail Dialog makes owner page scroll to the top #171

When you go to 'Site Browser' -> 'Publishing Queue' -> 'Status/History' and click any of the asset titles the detail info Dialog opens but it makes the parent page to scroll to the top, which makes difficult to keep track if you are looking a bundles at the bottom
