XSS validation takes a lot time #189

When you go to System --> Configuration --> Basic Config, and then you upload the company logo the XSS validation takes a lot time, it is not so bad when the image is small but it takes a lot of time when the image is large, I proved with a image of 666 Kb and it took more than 10 minutes.
