problem if textarea is invisible by default ... #32

I have a problem with attaching expandingTextarea plugin to hidden (display:none) textarea .. I have a button that triggers textarea visiblity... any clues how to fix this?

the problem is that DIV space is avalable and when textarea is shown ... no textarea becomes visible .. nothing actually happens ...

Sorry for missing this originally. The code has just been updated quite a bit with #38, and I'm wondering if this is still an issue for you.

@domchristie has resolved this in #41. You will need to wait until the textarea is visible before calling .expanding.
