Error installing tools

I am updating a local version of Galaxy and when trying to install any tool I see the errors below.

That same Dockerfile worked normally days ago. I didn't make any changes to it.

Hi, Could you have a look at the galaxy logs when you get theses errors? By the way, did you notice that the default admin password and apikey changed in the 20.05 image?
