Get by name and multi #4

Hi Björn,

I propose you some modifications on the get and put functions of Galaxy. I added the possibility to import and export several files and also to import them by their names. Some changes are also needed in the file GalaxyConnector.R based on GalaxyConnector.R of the docker rstudio notebook. So I suggest to add it within this repository. What do you think about that? ( ping @erasche )
