I edited the GFA output of Flye to be a gfa1 file when generated, instead of txt. The GFA is a properly formatted gfa1 file as the metadata sniffer detects it as such when re-generating metadata. The correct format will allow the GFA to show up as an available input for GFA evaluation tools.
