As much as I'd love seeing something like

As Gauss proved, the First Ammendment ...

in any paper, it might be wise to have an option to exclude those.

It should be easy to change for use in humanities, but I see this as more useful for math papers. It should be easy to change your local copy, or you make a fork. :)
