Smart phone app syncing #23

Some students prefer to study their Anki decks on their smart phones. This unfortunately leads to Anki syncing the study completion but since the studying did not happen on the desktop Anki app, it does not get logged. See if there is a way to use the scheduling algorithm to handle logging the studies.
