ToggleChat #7

Hi. We set up multi twitch for our website since it's free and we can broadcast our streamers with ease that way. However we want to have the chat untoggled upon start and my god i've been trying all different codes to make that happen.... i've failed. Is there anyway you can help out with this?

I would also like to have some method of having no chat on load. Perhaps an address bar parameter such as ?chat=0 to disable it?
