Fix: Windows-incompatible filename causing clone errors - replace colon with underscore #1

Issue Description / Current Behavior

Windows users get the following error when cloning: The file path 6_write_a_book_with_flows/write_a_book_with_flows/The_Current_State_of_AI_in_September_2024:_Trends_Across_Industries_and_What's_Next.md contains a colon (':') which causes errors when cloning on Windows systems.

Suggested Fix

Replace the colon with a hyphen or underscore: The_Current_State_of_AI_in_September_2024-Trends_Across_Industries_and_Whats_Next.md

This would make the repository more accessible to Windows users while maintaining readability.
