Action events are not triggering when app is closed/killed in android 13 #12

Excepted Result:

When click on action buttons it is triggering and events is capturing when the app is closed or not running in the background. Issue:

When click on action buttons it is not triggering and events is not capturing when the app is closed/killed or not running in the background.
