FPDFBookmark_GetFirstChild returns NULL instead of the top level bookmark. #110

When passing a NULL bookmark to FPDFBookmark_GetFirstChild (on a document 
containing bookmarks) it returns NULL instead of returning the top level 
bookmark.

Kind of hard to fix without the PDF in question.

I have a feeling this has been fixed already. It was happening with every PDF.
