Connection to server fails #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start the application
2. Push "connect"
3. Message telling me "Kann nicht zum Server verbinden, bitte 
standard-Einstellungen überprüfen"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Connection to MPD-Server

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.0.7 on Symbian V60.0.003 / Nokia 5800XM

Please provide any additional information below.
I tied various Settings of IP-address, hostname for my MPD-Sever with and 
without leading slashes, but I cannot connect.

My MPD doesn't need a password, so I left this field empty. I also didn't 
change the port, because I didn't change those settings at my MPD-server.

The server works and is reachable via Web-Interface (relaxx-player).

SOLVED!
Issue was the network-setting in /etc/mpd.conf. The network was limited to 
"localhost". Changing this to "any" caused the mpd to accept connections from 
other clients.

As always in Linux: RTFM!
