Main menu looks different on E6, missing Settings #7

Hi,

Thanks for writing this app, I've been desperately looking for an mpd remote 
for my late E72 and now the E6. Unfortunately both the version from Nokia Store 
(1.0.7) and 1.0.8 downloaded from your project page have the same issue: the 
main menu is incomplete/different. I see:

Song information
Artists
Albums
Files
Playlists
Search

Comparing this to your screenshots it seems I have 'Search' in addition, but 
I'm missing 'Connect' and 'Settings', which makes the application unusable.

I'm (still) on Symbian Anna (022.014.250.01), and an upgrade to Belle is not 
being offered.

If there's any workaround possible (like editing some file to put the server 
settings in it or so) I'm willing to try.
