update merge_csv_files to work with specific seperator

update merge_csv_files:

Remove output_csv autosave and return a df_concat instead
Add specific seperator (default is ':').
Add option 'how' to select the join method, you can choose from 'inner', 'outer', 'left', or 'right', (default is 'outer').
Add some basic check on join method and number of files to concat
