Updated documentation, small fixes, and updated setup (esp. for PyMOL/VMD plugins). Can you try running pip install mimicpy, with the PyMOL or VMD option passed? You should see a .pymolrc.py or .vmdrc file in the path that was passed. These files will be read by PyMOL/VMD and it will load the prepqm function on startup.
