Looks good, but let's formalize a few things.

use a detailed title and description to say what your new code does
Call it the same name as the previous workflow so people can seamlessly transition from one to the other
You should also make changes to 'bhattlab_workflows/manual/download_sra.md ' describing how to use the new code.

I will approve after you do those things!
