Change to standard resource names and units #10

This addresses issue #9 ; let me know if I've missed references anywhere!

Thank you for submitting this PR! I tested this on our own cluster and it's unfortunately not working because it says the requested time limit for the Kraken job exceeds the allowable amount of time on our cluster. I'll look into this before merging into the main branch. Will keep you posted. In the meantime, hope that you are able to run Phanta with your local changes?

Can you share your run settings and profile? It sounds like your profile is expecting time specified in hours it should be modified to accept time in the proper units (minutes).
