Need to walk through the Readme to verify it and update it. #323

The source for the README is in docs/README.md. The current readme is generated from that. We should sort it out so that there is one copy of the README as well. Need to keep in mind that the docs/README.md is also getting run through Jekyll for the figwheel website.
