Neutral theme #217

This MR adds a neutral theme, that is limited to the basic 16 ANSI colors. This allows the terminal emulator colorscheme to flow through to the REPL as demonstrated in the pictures below:

This is very much like other neutral themes like: https://github.com/jeffkreeftmeijer/vim-dim

What should I bump the new version to?
Also, I can take more screenshots of the other token types, as well.
