Display problem when creating a member

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to admin panel
2. Try to create a member

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

There are some informations outside the textarea

I don't see where is the problem. 
If you are talking about the text above and below the text area, it's normal. 
This part is always send, this is a little hello, the password, the url and a 
little sentence to say "do not reply".
It is show so the admin knows exactly what is send, but it is not in the text 
area because it needs to be send, so you can remove it.
