i must only be able to see the members of my own group and not of an other one.

Are you saying that we should not:
- view the members online
- research a member
- have a proposition to add as a contact
a member if he is not in the same group that us ?

in fact, if you're not in my group, you cannot know if i'm online, you cannot 
contact me, ...
