Partial I18N

Hey all o/

I'm currently using the last version of FSNET deployed on the public instance.

It seems that some strings have not been translated yet :

- "Utilisateur connectés" section (bottom left)
- Tabs on top
- Recherche (top right)
- Disconnect button (top right)
etc...

Unfortunately we can't reproduce the bug! 

There's no way to switch the language of the available version of fsnet at 
http://90.83.136.243:8080/fsnetWeb, even on different browsers and OS.
Only the french site and texts are accessible in spite of changes in 
preferences!
